Hey there! I’m Andreia, and this is my story.

"The Phone Call That Changed My Life”
I was at Z Hotels as a receptionist and café server when a call came in for a job interview I had completely forgotten I applied for. Reservations? I thought it was just answering calls all day. I didn’t even know what we really did… until I started at Blakes Hotel. And then it hit me—reservations isn’t just about bookings. It’s the very first step of a guest’s journey. If that first step is clumsy, the whole stay feels off. That’s when I realized: this is more than a job—it’s the heart of hospitality.
"Finding My Groove: Supervisor Life”
Next, I became Reservations Supervisor for a five star pre-opening hotel 'The Stratford'. Creating SOPs, setting up a whole department, and leading a small team of three - it was chaotic, exciting, and exactly where I belonged. This was the moment I knew I loved reservations, not just as a role, but as a craft. I was shaping experiences before guests even walked through the door.

"Manager Mode: Diving Into Revenue”
Then came Reservations Manager at another five star boutique hotel 'Sloane Square Hotel'. Suddenly, I wasn’t just managing I was strategising. I rebuilt packages, linked OTAs, and mastered mappings between OTAs and PMS systems. It was detailed, challenging, and thrilling. I discovered the perfect balance between operations and revenue strategy reservations became my playground for both logic and creativity.
"Levelling Up: Leading Bigger, Thinking Bigger”
At Frasers Hospitality, I managed seven apartment buildings and a team of six. The scale was huge, the responsibility even bigger. This role taught me the power of leadership, systems, and vision. I realised: as a manager, you’re not just doing the job you’re shaping the whole experience for hundreds of guests.

"A Bold Leap: My Own Path”
After years of climbing the hospitality ladder, I wanted something different, my own adventure. I envisioned a reservations consulting business, a fresh challenge far from the familiar, and a life in Portugal with my little family. And here we are now turning that dream into reality, one step at a time.
